Delivery & Returns

We currently deliver to the Channel Islands and Mainland UK.

We use a trackable delivery service and a signature will be required on delivery. All orders are fully insured by us for delivery.

Our delivery charges are based on the total value of your order.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.


At TIME Jewellers we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to. You will be provided with estimated delivery dates for your order in checkout.

Standard delivery: 3-6 working days



Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit.  Please phone or email our team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from TIME Jewellers.


We offer a FREE 'Click & Collect' service for customers living in Guernsey. If you select this option please collect your order directly from our store TIME Jewellers. Order will be available to collect on the next working day.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TIME Jewellers, you can send your order back to us within 30 days.

You can return an item to us for either exchange or refund providing that the product is unused, and in the condition that it arrived in, including any packaging. The only exceptions to this are for earrings, cleaning products, gift vouchers and items that have been made to order/customised to order (eg. items with engraving).

Please note returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed from the date we have received them.

When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

We would always recommend sending items back by some form of trackable post to ensure they reach us. Any returns postage must be returned at your own cost and we advise that the delivery service includes tracking and insurance.

Where you paid for an order by payment card, refunds will be made by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be made within 30 working days.



Please note that the PayPal transaction fee will NOT be returned in the refund. The amount of the refund payment will be deducted from your PayPal account.


Every product we sell comes complete with its own bespoke Manufacturers Warranty. The Warranty depends upon the Manufacturer and can vary between 6 Months and 5 Years. Please contact us via email, should you require any future information at
